1. The Promoter

1.1. Tem-Energy Limited, a company organised and incorporated under the laws of England & Wales with registered company number 13499591 and registered office at The Engine Room, 18 The Power Station, Circus Road South, London SW11 8BZ (”tem”). 2. The Draw

2.1. "tem in two" is a free promotional prize draw run alongside tem's partner firm visits taking place in August 2026 (the “Draw”). It is not a sales incentive and is not connected to any tender, contract, target or commercial arrangement between tem and any partner business or its employees.

3. Eligibility of entrants

3.1. The Draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are employees of an active partner firm visited by tem during the August 2026 roadshow.

3.2. Employees, contractors and agents of tem, and members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, spouse, children, and parents-in-law after marriage), are not eligible.

4. Entry period and instructions for valid entry

4.1. The Draw is open from 00.00 on 5 August 2026 to 23.59 on 10 August 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after this time will not be included.

4.2. Entering into the Draw is valid when an eligible individual completes the "tem in two" quiz at tem.energy/quiz, submits their first name, work email address and company name, and ticks the entry consent box.

4.3. Only one entry per individual is permitted. Duplicate entries will be removed, with the first valid entry retained.

4.4. Each entry is free, at no cost to the participating individual. No purchase, tender, business commitment or other condition is required or implied whether before, during or after entry.

4.4. Quiz answers and scores have no bearing on the chances of winning. The quiz element is for engagement and promotional purposes only.

4.5. tem reserves the right to disqualify any Entry that it believes was obtained by automated means, system exploitation, manipulation, or fraud.

5. Winner selection and notification

5.1. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries across all partner firms visited by tem, within 3 working days of the Draw’s closing date set out in Clause 4.1, using a random selection tool. The draw will be witnessed by a second tem employee.

5.2. Winners will be notified by email, at their work email address, within 3 working days of the Draw. If a winner does not respond or their prize is undeliverable within 14 calendar days of notification, tem reserves the right to redraw that prize and select another winner at random from the pool of entrants.

6. Prizes

6.1 The prize pool for the Draw is as follows:

• 10 × single three-course lunch with a glass of fizz for two at Dobson & Parnell, Newcastle

• 5 × Khai Khai Feast Box digital vouchers

• 10 × Newcastle United / Sunderland FC club shop digital gift cards

6.2 Each winner receives a single prize, allocated at random. Prizes are delivered as digital vouchers to the winning individual’s work email address, within 14 working days of the draw.

6.3 Prizes are non-transferable, and tem is under no obligation to provide a cash alternative. Each winner acknowledges and agrees that restaurant bookings and vouchers are subject to the issuing vendor's own terms and validity periods.

6.4 tem reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal value if a prize becomes unsuitable or unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

7. Business relationship and gifts & hospitality

7.1 Participation in the Draw, and winning or not winning a prize, has no effect on any current or future contract, tender, quotation, pricing, commission or other commercial term between tem and any partner firm or end customer.

7.2 The Draw is a promotional activity. It is not linked to sales targets, tender volumes, deal closure or any commercial decision relating to any partner firm, and no entrant will be favoured or disadvantaged commercially in any way as a result of participation.

7.3 By accepting a prize, a winning individual confirms that acceptance complies with the relevant partner firm’s (i.e their employer's) gifts and hospitality (or equivalent) policy. Winners may decline a prize.

8. Data protection

8.1. Any personal data collected under the Draw will be processed by tem in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where an individual has separately opted in to other communications, the processing of such personal data will remain unchanged.

8.2. Personal data will be used and shared with third parties only for the purposes of administering the Draw, contacting the winner and delivering prizes and will be deleted by them in accordance with their data retention policies.

9. Publicity

9.1. Winners' names will not be published without their consent. Unless the winner objects, the surname and county of major prize winners will be made available on request in line with ASA CAP Code requirements.

10. Liability

10.1. tem’s total aggregate liability under or in connection with the Draw, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, will be limited to the value of the highest single prize (as at the time of purchase by tem).

11. General

11.1. This Draw is run by tem and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any other third party. This Draw is directed at active partner firms only.

11.2. tem's decision on all matters relating to the Draw is final and binding.

11.3. tem may withdraw, suspend or amend the promotion at any time.

11.4. The Draw and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising in connection with this Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
