This got us thinking: what if helping you win doesn't have to stop at the tender? This summer, we want to help you win on the courts as well. How to enter

Submit any tender using the E-Signature option in Pricing Agent between 19 June 2026 and 31 July 2026. Each submission counts as one entry. The Draw is open to named broker contacts at active tem broker partner companies only and will be awarded to the individual who submitted the tender that was randomly selected.

The Draw

The winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries after the closing date of 31 July 2026. The Draw will take place during the week commencing 4 August 2026. The winner will be contacted directly by their tem partner account manager using the contact details held on their account. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternative winner will be drawn.

Who can enter

The Draw is open to individual broker contacts at active tem broker partner companies. One entry per E-Signature tender submission. Employees of Tem-Energy Limited and their immediate families (parents, siblings, spouse, children, and parents-in-law after marriage) are not eligible to enter.

Full terms and conditions

1. Promoter

Tem-Energy Limited, a company organised and incorporated under the laws of England & Wales with registered company number 13499591 and registered office at The Engine Room, 18 The Power Station, Circus Road South, London SW11 8BZ (”tem”).

2. Eligibility

The Summer 2026 E-Signature Partner Prize Draw (the “Draw”) is open to named individual contacts at active tem broker partner companies (together "Partners"). Employees of tem and their immediate families (parents, siblings, spouse, children, and parents-in-law after marriage) are not eligible.

3. Entry period and qualifying submissions

The Draw is open from 00.00 on 19 June 2026 to 23.59 31 July 2026 (the "Entry Period"). To enter, submit a tender using the e-signature option in Pricing Agent during the Entry Period. Each qualifying submission counts as one entry (each an “Entry” and collectively “Entries”). Multiple Entries can be made during the Entry Period. A qualifying submission is a valid tender submitted via e-signature during the Entry Period that was not subsequently voided, cancelled, or identified as fraudulent. tem's determination of what constitutes a “qualifying submission” is final.

4. The Prize

One Adidas Metalbone Carbon CTRL 2026 padel racket, or a racket of equivalent value (approximately £180 including VAT) if that specific model is unavailable at the time of the Draw (the “Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable and tem is under no obligation to provide a cash alternative.

5. The Draw and winner notification

One winner will be selected at random from all valid Entries after the close of the Entry Period, using either a verifiably random computer process. ****The Draw will take place during the week commencing 4 August 2026. The winner will be contacted by their tem partner account manager using the contact details held on their account. If the winner does not respond within 14 calendar days, an alternative winner will be selected. If no valid claim is received within 28 days of the Draw, tem reserves the right to withdraw the Prize.

6. Data protection

Any personal data collected under the Draw will be processed by tem in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data will be used only for the purposes of administering the Draw and contacting the winner and will be deleted by tem in accordance with its data retention policies.

7. Disqualification and withdrawal

tem reserves the right to disqualify any Entry that it believes was obtained by automated means, system exploitation, manipulation, or fraud. tem reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Draw at any time. tem's decision on all matters relating to the Draw is final and binding.

8. Liability

tem’s total aggregate liability under or in connection with the Draw, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, will be limited to the value of the Prize.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

The Draw and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising in connection with this Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. General

This Draw is run by tem and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Adidas or any other third party. This Draw is directed at business recipients only.
