One login for all your customer's accounts

Customers managing multiple accounts can now access and switch between all of them from a single login.

Some of your clients have more than one site running on RED. Different legal entities, a portfolio that's grown over time, sites that came on board under different structures. Until now, each one needed its own login — which sounds manageable until you're the client trying to keep track of all of them.

From April 2026, we fixed that. One login now covers everything. Customers can switch between all their linked accounts directly in the portal, without logging out and back in again. For clients managing a larger portfolio it removes a small but genuine frustration — and it means fewer "I can't access my account" messages finding their way back to you.

A small update. But one that quietly removes something that shouldn't have been there in the first place.
