Head to the Tendering section, hit 'Submit a Tender', and give us four details plus a signed Letter of Authority: the business, the sites, the start date, and the term lengths you want quoted.

That's the whole job. No email to put together, no attachments to chase into the right thread — everything in one place, and it's with our pricing team the moment you hit send.

Here's what happens next:

• Every site, every term, priced separately. Add as many MPANs and term lengths as you like. Two sites and two terms means four bespoke quotes, automatically.

• Quotes come back fast. Most tenders return a live quote link inside 15 minutes — always within 24 hours.

• Nothing gets lost. If anything on your tender needs a human, our team is flagged the moment it happens and prices it manually. You'll hear from us either way.

You can upload a recent bill - totally optional but help us sanity-check usage. Your quote link goes straight to the email you've used to log in to the Partner Resource Hub, unless you tell us otherwise.
