Price
Fixed, pre-agreed for the contract term
The rate you agree is the rate you're paid. Not adjusted after the fact, not reduced by charges after delivery. Fewer layers between your power and the business that uses it. So the number you're paid sits closer to the real value of your power.
Volume
Your output varies. Your rate doesn't.
Whatever you generate, you're paid the rate you agreed. No imbalance charge merely because you come in over or under forecast in a given half hour, as long as the forecasting and outage obligations are met. There are no volume tolerance penalties across the month or the year.
Outages
Maintenance shouldn't cost you twice.
Planned maintenance: tell us 30 days ahead and there's no cost to you. Schedule maintenance as often as the plant needs it. Better to lose a day to maintenance than a week to a breakdown. If a site goes down without warning: ****we carry the first five days. After that, we might talk to you about the cost of replacing the forecasted power. But know that we’d rather help you get running again than send you an invoice.
